RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES POLICY
At mypartycentre.com, we strive to provide a completely hassle free return policy to all our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, simply return the item(s) to us within 14 days from the date of purchase.
To receive a refund/exchange or credit for the purchase price paid, returned items must be in new condition (unopened, unworn, and in the original box and/or packaging) with all labels attached, and in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new. Items that are opened or damaged or do not have a packing slip or receipt may be denied a refund or exchange. For hygiene & safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for returns, for more information, please see Return Exceptions list below
All bundled items, party kits and costume sets must be returned with all components for a refund.
RETURNS PROCEDURE
To arrange for your item(s) to be returned, please contact us by email: info@mypartycentre.com or by phone at (+971) 4-236-4841. A member of our Customer Support Team will get in touch with you shortly. You may also personally return your online purchase to our Party Centre superstore location or send it to us by any courier of your choice at your own expense. EXCHANGES
At this time we are unable to directly process exchanges; however you can return an item for a full refund and place a new order.
CANCELLATIONS
If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped. If the item you want to cancel has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. However, you can return the item for a refund.
SHIPPING COSTS & RESTOCKING FEES
Unless the reason for the return/exchange is due to a product that is defective/damaged upon receipt, or because of an error on mypartycentre.com part, we may charge a restocking fee of up to 15% of the purchase price paid. Original shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping costs for all return or exchange items must be paid for by the customer.
RETURN EXCEPTIONS
Please note that we cannot accept returns for the following items:
Cosmetics/makeup
Wigs, beards, facial hair or any other type of artificial hair
Prosthetics and accessories (ears, teeth, fangs, etc.)
Undergarments, hosiery, socks and stockings
Soiled, dirty or damaged goods and/or garments
DVDs, CDs and other audio or video or audio-visual recordings and software
Bundles, Party Kits and/or Costume Sets containing any of the above mentioned items
Costumes
REFUNDS & CREDITS
Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same form as the original method of payment at the time of purchase. In the case of exchanges, credit will be applied to your account.
PROCESSING TIME
Once our Customer Support Team has been notified of your request to return, it usually takes 10-15 business days for us to receive the returned item(s), perform a quality check, update your account and issue a refund. Depending on method of payment, your bank/financial institution may take 2-15 additional business days to process the transaction.
