WHICH COUNTRIES DOES PARTYCENTRE.SA DELIVER TO?
Currently, PARTYCENTRE.SA ships to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) only. For deliveries outside the UAE, please contact a member of our Customer Support team at customerservice@bluepatharabia.com
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
We ship within the city limits of Saudi Arabia via our partners Timex or SMSA. We charge a flat fee of SAR 25 on orders below SAR 250 to ship across Saudi Arabia. If the order is above SAR 250, we offer free shipping.

Our shipping charges cover the expenses we incur in shipping and transportation by third party couriers. At no point does partycentre.sa profit from shipping and handling charges.
FREE SHIPPING PROMOTIONS
Please note that partycentre.sa may offer free shipping promotions, and that such promotions are determined based on your order subtotal, excluding gift cards and any other promotions we may offer from time to time. Such promotions may be calculated and applied automatically based on your purchase, and/or require the application of a voucher or promotional code at checkout.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AND DELIVER MY ORDER? –
Kindly note that all orders placed online to be delivered in 2-3 business days except orders placed during weekends or holidays. For deliveries outside the city limits in Saudi Arabia, our dedicated Customer Representative will contact you to confirm the delivery date once confirmed with the courier. Please note that processing & transit times do not include weekends or public holidays, and that weekend deliveries are not available.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
When you place an order with partycentre.sa, you will receive regular status updates, including all relevant order and tracking information by email. In the email, you will also receive a URL to track the delivery details of your order. Once your order has been shipped, you can also go to SMSA website anytime to view and monitor the status of your shipments by inserting the tracking number supplied.
CANCELLATIONS
Party Centre is happy to accept cancellations, for any reason, up to the moment your order has been processed by us. You cannot cancel your order once your order has been processed and/or shipped, but you may return it should you wish.
