Do balloons include inflation?
No. Balloons ordered for delivery do not include inflation.
Is there a delivery fee?
Yes. A flat AED 25 delivery fee applies to all same-day delivery orders.
How far will Party Centre deliver?
Same-day delivery is available within a 25 km radius of our branch and is currently offered within Dubai only.
What is the cut-off time?
Orders must be placed before 4:00 PM to qualify for same-day delivery.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, but only if the order has not yet been prepared. Once collected by the driver, no changes or cancellations can be made.
How will I know when my order is out for delivery?
You may contact our customer service team to check whether your order has been dispatched.
Can I track my delivery in real time?
Real-time tracking is not available yet, but our team can provide order status updates.
What should I do if my order is damaged or incorrect?
Please contact our team with your order number ready from your confirmation email.
