White Gift Box 19 x 12in

I purchased boxes that did not match the picture shown online. The quality looked cheap and completely different from what I expected. When I called customer service about a return, I was told that I could bring them to the store for a refund or exchange. I specifically asked what would happen if I didn’t find anything I liked, and the representative confirmed that I would receive a refund.

When I went to the store, I was told one of the boxes could not be returned or exchanged because it had been opened. How am I supposed to check the quality without opening it? It was only covered with nylon, nothing major. Still, I accepted this and asked to refund the rest of the boxes. Instead, I was told I cannot get my money back because I bought online, and the only option was a voucher valid for 6 months.

So instead of receiving my money back, I ended up with half a refund locked into a voucher that expires in 6 months. This is unacceptable and completely unprofessional.

I expect a proper resolution: a full refund back to my original payment method, not a temporary voucher.
